Annapurna Round Trekking Itinerary and Details Information

Magical trekking route of entire Annapurna massif is known as Annapurna round trek. Nepal Government gave authorization to this trekking route in 1997 AD. Only focusing on foreign trekkers it is designed. Crossing highest pass Thorong La is our main destination. It is a bit difficult in walking. But we get a magical and thrilling experience. This is possible only walking in on the route of Kali Gandaki. It is world's deepest river gorge. Walking between Annapurna I & Dhaulagiri in the lush green valley, we pass through fascinating villages. We will be a witness of panoramic views of snowcapped white Himalayas & landscapes.
We start our long day walking Annapurna Round Trek from Besisahar. Facing some problem walking on narrow Humpty dumpty trial, we reach our destinations. We will habitual walking continuously a few days. Our every step leads us to high altitude. Taking care of temperature by our self we accumulate in a different place. It will be according to trekking experts. We can also explore local tradition & culture by interacting with local people. With the enjoyment of natural beauty, we continue our trek. From the next track, we return back completing our destination. Moving from low lands to high lands will be full of enjoyment.
Annapurna Circuit trek is difficult to walk the whole day in zigzag narrow trial. Trekkers must have experience of trekking. In the month of March, April, May, September, October, November, and December it is suitable to trek in Annapurna round route. Day To Day Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival and Check-in to the Hotel
On landing your flight on TIA Nepal, there will be a warm welcome for you. Our representative of Everest Trekking Routes will be waiting for your arrival. You will be shifted to a place of accommodation. With a rest of some time, a brief description of the upcoming program is done with your guide.
Day 02:  Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour
The first day of Nepal tour starts with sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Having our breakfast we move to Pashupatinath. It is the most known holiest temple of Lord Shiva. Spending a little time we move to Bauddhanath (Little Tibet). Our next destination is Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple). Visiting all this we will move to Kathmandu (Basantpur) Durbar Square, the final destination. Lastly, we will be back to our hotel and make preparation for the next program.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu Besishahar (830m) – 7 Hours
Our first destination is Besisahar. We will have the drive to Besisahar. From flight also we can reach our destination. Our all management of the lunch program is done on the highway. Driving through Prithvi Highway for about 7 hours we will be in Besisahar. In our leisure time, we will we walk around the valley.
Day 04: Besishahar to Bahundanda (1310m) – 5 Hours
From Besi Sahar, our walking trek starts. Bahundanda is our first destination. Up to Bhulbhule, we can take a drive. The trial of Marshyangdi River is our main walking track. The magic moments of trekking can be observed in our walk. Walking around 5 to 6 hours, we will be in Bahundanda to spend our night.
Day 05: Bahundanda to Chamje (1400m) – 5 Hours
Our today’s journey leads us to Chamje. Continuing main trial of Marshyangdi River, we will be the forested area. First glimpses of Annapurna Himal, Lamjung Himal with other mountain ranges will be so much impressive. Interesting traditional & cultural villages are also included. In this way, we will be at Chamje.
Day 06: Chamje to Bagarchhap (2160m) – 5 Hours
Our today’s track goes straightly upward. It may create difficulty in our walk. It will be habitual, as it is our daily routine. Our way goes down to the river as we cross a suspension bridge. Continuing our trial of Tal we will reach Dharapani 1920 m. resting for some time we will again continue our walk to Bagarchhap.
Day 07: Bagarchhap to Chame (2630m) – 5 Hours
Chame is our next destination. We will be walking through the path of a forest full of oak & pine. In our walk, we will be gifted with fine views of spectacular mountain ranges. We can have an interaction with the local people. They can provide us with information about local culture & tradition of local people.
Day 08: Chame to Pisang (3300m) – 5 Hours
Early morning in a cool environment, we will have our breakfast. Our next destination is Pisang. Today our walking times goes longer. As we need to face some difficulty in walking. Our way is full of natural beauty all around us. Panoramic view of Pisang peak in the northeast is memorable for us in our lifetime.
Day 09: Pisang to Manang (3540m) – 5 Hours
Waking up early morning in a cool environment, panoramic view of Pisang Mountains sparkling in rising sun, from our place will be so much impressive. Leaving this we walk to the beautiful land of Manang. Many charters & Mani walls of Buddhist people can also be explored in villages of our track. Lastly, we will reach Manang to spend our night.
Day 10: Acclimatization at Manang
Today is our rest day at the beautiful land of Manang. We accumulate our self to match the climatic condition of the surrounding. Leisure time we visit several places over Manang Valley. Getting knowledge of tradition & culture of local people at Manang, we will spend our whole day. It will be very interesting.
Day 11: Manang to Yak Kharka (4000m) – 5 Hours
Accumulating our self at Manang Valley, we will walk to our next destination Yak Kharka. We will climb steadily through Tenki Manang. We can get a quite close magnificent view of beautiful mountain ranges. It will be so much impressive. Playing on nature, we unknowingly reach Yak Kharka to spend our night.
Day 12: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4450m) – Hours
From Yak Kharka, we hike to Thorong Phedi. The snowy path is our main walking track to reach Thorang Phedi. It creates difficulty during our walk. From the height, we can see the beautiful valley all around us. Spending our time will be so much interesting. Reaching our destination we will set our camp for our night.
Day 13: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m) via Thorong La Pass (5416m) – 8 Hours
Today is also the main day of our trek. We are heading to Muktinath. It is a holy pilgrimage of Hindu & Buddhist people. Walking in the dry land we will be blown with cool air. It will refresh our mind in our walk. Walking on storm trial may be difficult. Walking on the land of fully covered with sand we reach Muktinath to spend our night.
Day 14: Muktinath to Marpha (2670m) – 6 Hours
From Muktinath, our journey leads us to Marpha village. It is home to the legendary apple orchids. We will be walking in the main trial of Kaligandaki Valley. Marpha village is also known as Apple capital of Nepal. We need to be lucky enough to have Apple Brandy reaching on Marpha. It is another local specialty over here.
Day 15: Marpha to Ghasa (2010m) – 6 Hours
Ghasa is our next walking destination. Now it is our returning journey through the next track. It is very easy in walking while returning back to Ghasa. We just need to trek on a downhill track. It will be so much interesting viewing the beauty of nature with mountain ranges. Lastly, we will reach the beautiful Ghasa village for our night.
Day 16: Ghasa to Tatopani (1190m) – 5 Hours
Today we need to trek to Tatopani. It will be so much easy in walking. We just need to trek downward. We will follow the main trial of the forest of rhododendron and bamboo. Reaching on Tatopani we will relax our self at natural hot spring water. We will become fresh. Talking some time about the whole trip we will go for sleep.
Day 17: Tatopani to Ghorepani (2810m) – 7 Hours
Waking up the early morning we have our breakfast, make preparation for our today’ walk. Our next destination is Ghorepani. Walking through the main route of Santa we resume our journey to our destination. After having lunch we will have rest for some moments. We will walk for about 3 hours to reach Ghorepani.
Day 18: Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Tikhedhunga (1570m) – 5 Hours
Today we wake up in early. We start our hike to Poon Hill. It is one of the best viewpoints of the Annapurna region. From here we will be offered with many mountain ranges. Spending some of our precious time we return back to Tikhedhunge. Then we have our breakfast and we continue our walk to Tikhedhunge.
Day 19: Tikhedhunga to Nayapul (1010m) – 3 Hours and Drive to Pokhara – 1 Hour
It will be our last walk as we will reach on to Nayapul. We will be walking through the trial of meadows & cultivated fields. Crossing old villages, overlooking quite pleasant views of great mountains we reach Nayapul. We will make preparation for returning back on Pokhara until our vehicle comes on.
Day 20: Pokhara to Kathmandu
Now we will return back to Kathmandu. Our returning track goes through the same highway. We will be pleased with the houses and greenery of the highway. Not only this, we can be back by flight also. In around seven hours we will be in Kathmandu. We will be shifted to our hotel which will end our trek.
Day 21: Farewell

Spending the last night at Kathmandu, we will be ready to return back to the homeland. The small farewell program is organized for your team. Management of returning back and departure is made by our team. Hope you will be back to Nepal to visit the remaining side of beautiful Nepal.
